In this role, you will work within the nursing process to provide direct care to assigned patients. As a role model, you will promote a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, direct care to an assigned group of patients.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans.
• Administer medication, including IV medication, via the Seven Rights.
• Participate in orientation and assume precepting and evaluation responsibilities of new personnel.
• Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns.Qualifications:Essential qualifications include being a program graduate, nationally accredited nursing graduate, and holding a current RN license in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement. Additionally, you must be CPR for Healthcare/BLS certified within 30 days.This is a casual pool (as needed) position, offering a 0.05 FTE with night shifts. Apply today to join our per diem team!
