You'll identify red flags that signal the presence of an infestation, decide on the appropriate treatment, and safely administer the appropriate tactics to eradicate pests and keep them from coming back. Responsibilities:

--- Arrange for appointments with customers by working with the staff in our office
--- Document each job so we know which properties we have provided treatment to
--- Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests
--- Mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on your measurements of the infested area
--- Advise clients on the best method for extermination of the pest, such as fumigants, mouse traps, blocking pest pathways, or other pest control methods


Qualifications:

--- Able to work with different types of critters, including rodents, termites, bed bugs, and more
--- Clean background check
--- Good customer service skills
--- 1+ year of work experience in pest control
--- Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine
--- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
--- Excellent communication and customer service skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
--- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
