Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE: This position exists to direct all functions
and activities related to student recruitment, enrollment, and
retention to meet overall goals. The Admissions Representative will
represent the Aveda Institute New Mexico in the community at
large.Responsibilities:Establish annual enrollment projections with
alignment of the s Director and President.Ensures annual enrollment
projections are achieved through strategic implementation of
monthly/quarterly and annual metrics.Plans, coordinates, and
attends all recruiting events.Assists Marketing Director in
creation of recruiting materials for recruiting activities and
events.Conducts interviews, tours and telemarketing leads
daily.Contacts students who have submitted a request for general
information to schedule a tour.Places weekly confirmation calls to
students scheduled for a tour.Evaluate on an ongoing basis the
existing recruitment practice to determine its
effectiveness.Identify, create, and present new recruitment
opportunities, strategies and protocols as needed.Travels to High
Schools for on-campus recruiting presentations and meetings as
needed.Attending College Fairs throughout the region as
needed.Track, maintain and report on database of prospective
students.Participates in Aveda Institute events including, but not
limited to: Career Fairs, Open Houses, Earth Month.Monitor budgets
on a continuous basis and reports to Director and President.Perform
other duties as assigned.High School Diploma or
equivalent.Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or another
related field preferred.Valid State Driver's License and State
Minimum Insurance coverage.Prior experience in management;
preferably in a similar role preferred.Willing to work a flexible
schedule including evenings and weekends.Ability to develop and
create reports within Excel.Must demonstrate a strong attention to
detail.Leadership:Understand and endorse the model of servant
leadership.Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.Ability
to demonstrate strong organizational skills.Ability to provide
excellent presentations.Must possess excellent communication and
organizational skills.Ability to work under strict
deadlines.Ability to make and implement decisions.Ability to

follow-through and initiative.Physical Demands and Work
Environment: The physical demands and work environment

job, the team member is required to walk; stand for up to seven (7)

abilities required by the job include vision and ability to read
documents.Work environment: While performing the duties of this
job, the team member is exposed to a noise level that is usually
