Bluewater Linen opened in Spring of 2017 to help New Mexico hospitality operators create the most sustainable and cost-effective luxury bed linen product. Bluewater Linen is 4 years young and business is thriving, as people return to travel. We have the latest in automation and technology in the United States, and are looking for a customer-oriented Floor Supervisor. Full-time Hourly Position ranging from$14.00-$17.00 DOE plus benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of our Bluewater Linen Laundry Plant.Position Purpose: The Janitorial position is responsible for the appearance and upkeep of the interior building and grounds, located at our Albuquerque property, in a clean, attractive, orderly, safe, and healthy condition. The ideal candidate must take pride and ownership in their position and uphold the image of professional property. This person must enjoy problem solving, have an honest work ethic, and remain motivated. Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks: Work under direction of the General Manager/Supervisor.Maintain a high level of positivity and professionalism with team members, visitors, and vendors.Respond to work orders in a timely manner and perform routine property upkeep.Maintain parking lot, walkways, and entryways, including trash, leaves, snow and ice removal, as needed.Remove trash from receptacles and grounds throughout the inside of the property,Wipe down surfaces such as windows, kitchen counters, microwaves and tables.Sweep interior floors and keep clean at all times. Mop needed areas and wax floors when needed.Maintain men's and women's restrooms.Inspect grounds and equipment for conditions and items that need attention, report to management at the end.Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and update office on a weekly basis when supplies are running low. Then receive and organize supply shipments.Report any maintenance/repair issues you find (lights out, broken or damaged items.)Ensure that all work activities conform to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and policies.
