Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Cuisine to run daily kitchen operations and manage the back-of-house team. The right candidate will be an experienced chef comfortable collaborating with our Culinary Director to ensure meal quality standards while managing costs and maintaining staff morale.

Located on Central Avenue (the iconic U.S. Route 66) in Downtown Albuquerque, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub. This 137-room boutique hotel is bright and comfortable, with a modern southwestern-inspired charm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Running an efficient, productive, and professional kitchen on a day-to-day basis
• Developing a passionate and effective kitchen brigade
• Ensuring quality and consistency of all dishes prepared and served
• Collaborating with all restaurant and hotel teams
• Abiding by corporate SOPs, state and local labor laws
• Complying with food labeling, storage, and temperature control protocols
  
  We're looking for someone who is passionate about the industry, up-to-date with current trends, and able to adapt to busy or quiet services. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum eight-hour shift and have mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
