  Weekend requirements: 4-6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
  
  
  
  Job Description-
  • Monitor maternal vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature).
  • Assess fetal heart rate and contractions using electronic fetal monitoring.
  • Provide emotional support and education on the labor process.
  • Administer medications, including pain relief and IV fluids.
  • Assist with labor and delivery, ensuring a safe birth process.
  • Coach patients through breathing and pain management techniques.
  • Administer epidurals and other pain relief options as ordered.
  • Monitor labor progress and recognize signs of complications.
  • Assist obstetricians and midwives during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
    
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • 3 Years experience required
    • Required Certifications: ACLS; AWHONN
    • BLS, NRP
    • Scrubs: Provided
