Job title- RN ICU
Shift time- Night 4x12-Hour 18:30 - 7:00), Option of 36 or 48hrs
Conduct comprehensive assessments and continuous monitoring of critically ill patients
Administer medications, blood products, and advanced therapies per physician orders
Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality care standards
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, progress, and post-ICU care when appropriate
Participate in continuing education, unit meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Artline management (Preferred for ER)
