RN - Quality Process at Presbyterian Healthcare Services
summary: The Quality Process RN is responsible for overseeing
clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance at
Socorro General Hospital. This role involves analyzing, planning,
and implementing initiatives to enhance quality strategies, while
also leading cross-functional teams and presenting findings to
stakeholders. Candidates must possess a New Mexico Nursing License
and have 1-3 years of experience in quality processes within
healthcare. Overview: The Quality Process RN is responsible for
Socorro General Hospitals Quality Program including Clinical
Quality , Patient Safety and Regulatory / Accreditation compliance
. Performs analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of
program-level focused initiatives that promote SGH quality
strategies and priorities. Leads and participates in cross
functional teams; facilitates process redesign, performs project
audits and completes them, and presents results to various leaders
and stakeholder groups.

- Associate Degree required, bachelors degree preferred

- New Mexico Nursing License RN-NM required

- 1-3 years experience in areas relating to the Quality Process
.

- Microsoft Office skills

- Additional computer skills in database , statistical process
control applications, decision support systems, comparative and
benchmarking skills, process mapping ( Visio ), and project
management ( Microsoft Project Manager ) preferred.

- Knowledge of health care quality management, clinical practice,
state and federal regulations, Joint Commission accreditation
