Responsibilities: Skills required: Excellent documentation and assessment skills. - Ability to mentor and train floor nirses on HNF documentation. Great communication skills. Attention to detail. NM Medicaid HNF experience is not required but would be a plus. - -Specific job duties:Nurse will document where neededNurse will follow up on daily nursing and templates are follow through -Nurse will provide training for the nurses with all shifts including weekendsNurse will provide follow up to documentation issues with Administrator -Change the lives of our patients/residents and at the same time enjoy the rewards of fully knowing your patients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse - RN.
