  • Position / Specialty: Progressive Care Unit
  • Ratios: 1:5 (Possible 1:6); Hospital Operates at over 100% capacity
  • Years of experience REQ: 1 year
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: 2 per 4 week schedule; may vary by unit depending on unit needs
  • FLOATING: other PCU and lower acuity settings within skillset; med surg like floors; float to ED ratios are 1:5 in ED.
    • Job Requirements
    • NM license can pend at time of submission
    • COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical
    • Special Requirements: IV starts, Telemetry
    • Guaranteed Hours: contracted hours (36/48/40) / week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment
      • Schedule Information
      • 36 or 48 hours contracts allowed
      • RTO Restrictions: greater than 10 days needs approval
      • Open to accommodating block schedule? Not guaranteed
      • Locals accepted: No, within 75 miles
        • Unit Specific Information
        • OT starts after 48 hours for 48 hour contracts
        • OT starts after 40 hours for 36 or 40 hour contracts
          • Additional Details
          • A valid non-local driver's license is required. Identification cards are not accepted.
          • Copy of Social Security Card may be requested by client to verify SSN.
