Your Role

As a Pelvic Floor/Womens Health Specialist, you will:

--- Provide specialized Physical Therapy focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation and womens health in an outpatient setting.
--- Design individualized treatment plans addressing pelvic pain, incontinence, pre/postnatal care, post-surgical recovery, and more.
--- Collaborate with clinical team members to deliver patient-centered care.
--- Build strong connections with patients, colleagues, and the community.
--- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR system for efficient documentation.
--- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations.

What You Bring

--- Education Licensure:

--- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
--- Current NM Physical Therapy license in good standing.

--- Specialized Skills:

--- Training or certification in pelvic floor therapy (or willingness to obtain certification with support from Armada Physical Therapy).

--- Personal Qualities:

--- Empathy and strong communication skills to address sensitive patient concerns.
--- Professionalism and composure in high-stress or emergency situations.

Physical Requirements

--- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle equipment for extended periods.
--- Capability to lift, position, and transfer patients as needed.
