Job Title: Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary:
As a Critical Care Nurse at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise will enable you to assess and manage complex patient conditions, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
--- Assess and manage complex patient conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
--- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound management.
--- Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel.

Requirements:
--- RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM.
--- 2 years directly related experience.
--- Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo.

Physical Demands:
Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people.
