Job SummaryThe University of New Mexico - Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective direct care to patients, including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Monitor and report patient safety concerns and medical errors in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A current RN license in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state.
  • 1 year of direct experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
