Qualifications: Other information: High School Diploma or GED Practical Nursing Formal Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse-NM BLS required PDS IV Certification course (within orientation period) Valid NM Drivers license; meets qualifications of PHS drivers policy.
