Job Description:
Overview: Actively participates in and successfully completes
Presbyterians Critical Care Department Nurse Resident program by
successfully achieving the program s professional, educational and
clinical requirements within the time frame specified. Transitions
to professional nursing practice in the PHS Critical Care
Department by utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe, timely,
effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care and by
consistently practicing professional, civil behaviors with

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- ACLS
