You will work in collaboration with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans, incorporating age-specific considerations and discharge planning.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, including administering medication, performing tests and procedures, and participating in emergency measures as needed.
• Work in collaboration with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans, incorporating age-specific considerations and discharge planning.
• Ensure that patient medical records contain necessary information, including patient history, test results, and treatment plans.
• Participate in orientation and assume precepting and evaluation responsibilities of new personnel upon successful completion of preceptor training.
• Report potential or actual patient safety concerns, medical errors, and/or near misses in a timely manner.Qualifications:Education:
  • Essential: Program Graduate, Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
  • Nonessential: Bachelor's Degree, NursingExperience:Credentials:
    • Essential: RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM, CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
    • Nonessential: Nationally Certified in area of specialty, PALS, TNCC and/or ENPCWorking Conditions:
      • Essential: Sig Hazard: Chemicals, Bio Hazardous Materials req PPEDepartment: Registered Nurse
