Job Description:
We're looking for a conscientious, hospitality-driven Restaurant
Manager at ARRIVE Albuquerque who can efficiently run daily
operations, train and manage staff, and oversee inventory to ensure
delightful guest experiences that align with our brand standards.
The ideal candidate will bring their own flavor to the table,
creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that turns first-time
guests into regulars. They will oversee the function of all food
and beverage in the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service and
maximizing revenue and profits to support overall hotel operations.
Key responsibilities include providing professional service,
handling guest concerns, balancing operational, administrative, and
team responsibilities, and executing on-site events. The Restaurant
Manager will also assist with training, counseling, and scheduling
staff, maintain inventory and its protocols, and refine staff
processes to delight guests and create a team-focused work
environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of senior
management experience in overall Food & Beverage operation,
including banquets experience, and be fluent in English both
verbally and non-verbally. Additionally, they will be able to work
a flexible schedule and shifts, including weekends and holidays,
and possess a Current ServSafe Food Handler Certificate. In return,

Office, Google Apps, and other organizational computer tools, and
basic arithmetic skills. The Restaurant Manager will also be able
to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and
accuracy, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
**Responsibilities:**
